About Us
Stone Technologies was incorporated in 1990. In 2004, headquarters were moved from Medford to 5 Draper Street in Woburn, Massachusetts into a new 50,000 square foot facility which includes a showroom featuring our high quality bathroom kitchen counter tops; indoor slab warehouse containing natural granite counters, soapstone countertops and more; training/design room utilized by decorators, architects and educators; a commercial kitchen for corporate events and a exceptional fabrication facility. Gaetano "Guy" Fodera became the President of the family business in 1998 and is involved in all of the day-to-day operations.
Stone Technologies is a true turnkey operation. The slab warehouse is full of first quality Granite counters, Marble, Limestone, Soapstone countertops and Onyx for customers viewing. Our purchasing staff maintains relationships with quarry owners worldwide and carefully hand select both standard and exotic materials imported from Italy, Africa, Brazil, Turkey and India. Additionally, Stone Technologies is an authorized fabricator of a wide range of engineered stone and stain free granite lines including, Zodiaq, Silestone, Viatera, Ice Stone, Cesarstone, Everlife and Sensa.
Stone Technologies success and continued growth is the collective effort of each employee. We are proud to have a knowledgeable and customer orientated sales team, skilled stone artisans, professional template and installation teams and a first rate support staff presenting superb quality bathroom and kitchen counter tops to clients. Although we have grown in size and numbers, value is placed on maintaining a warm "family" atmosphere for employees and customers alike. Stone Technologies' customer base is as diverse as the material it carries. It includes retail customers, kitchen and bath dealers, contractors, architects, designers, home improvement centers, commercial developers and elevator companies.
